Synthesis Researcher

Responsibility
• Responsible for synthetic literature retrieval, method screening and route optimization；

• Be responsible for opening up the small test route of organic synthesis experiment, product separation and purification and structure confirmation；

• Be responsible for process optimization, pilot scale up and process handover on the basis of small scale test；

• Be responsible for analyzing and solving problems and difficulties encountered in the experiment；

• Be responsible for completing original test records, process development reports and other technical summaries and reports；

• Cooperate in drafting and sorting out the application materials for product registration.

Qualification

• Master degree or above in organic chemistry, organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer and other related majors (especially excellent bachelor's degree can also be considered)；

• More than 3 years of work experience in drug synthesis is preferred；

• Have good theoretical basis of organic chemistry and experimental operation skills, understand reverse synthesis analysis, and have certain route design ability；

• Have a good foundation in English and can independently search and read professional foreign literature；

• Good expression and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
