Head of Cell Experiment

Responsebility

• Fully responsible for the management of the cell laboratory to ensure the normal operation of the laboratory; Formulate and standardize the relevant requirements of the cell laboratory, and improve the operation process (SOP) of the cell laboratory；

• Be responsible for and complete the construction of the company's cell laboratory, including personnel arrangement, work arrangement, project management, consumables management, emergency handling, etc；

• Responsible for and completed the construction of cell bank for commonly used in vitro pharmacological experiments, including cell culture, construction and screening of functional cell lines, cell activity experiments, etc;

• Be responsible for training laboratory technicians in operation skills and safety knowledge, and formulating department personnel training plan.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in biomedicine, bioengineering, biotechnology and other related majors；

• 4-5 years of laboratory management experience, proficient in cell biology, molecular biology or biochemistry, and good experience in experimental operation;

• Have rich professional knowledge and experience in cell culture, including cell line and primary cell culture, PCR, immunological detection experiments and other biological molecule experiments；

• Be familiar with the 6S management specification of the laboratory, and GMP experience is preferred.
