BD Director/Manager

Responsibility

• Expand business development resources, find innovative varieties that conform to the company's strategy, and formulate project development cooperation plans and implementation plans；

• According to the phased plan of business development, conduct research on the target market and make accurate and timely market research reports to promote and ensure the smooth completion of indicators；

• Be responsible for the preliminary preparation, feasibility demonstration and evaluation of the company's proposed investment projects, and provide opinions and suggestions for the company's relevant decisions；

• Be responsible for contact with the company's customers, business negotiation, review of project plans, drafting of business cooperation agreements, signing of project contracts, and tracking of contract implementation；

• Assist the superior and participate in the planning, writing, review and implementation of the project scheme, and conduct business negotiations；

• Participate in the effective supervision of the implementation stage, timely feed back market dynamics and information, negotiate with business cooperation related issues and implement management；

Qualification

• Master degree in management and medical pharmacy related majors, doctor preferred；

• Interested in relevant work in the pharmaceutical industry, with development ability, management experience, and a certain understanding of the development of the pharmaceutical market industry and policies and regulations；

• Have strong communication and coordination ability, be able to effectively grasp customers and have keen insight；

• Have subjective initiative, strong logical thinking ability, judgment and decision-making ability, teamwork ability, planning and execution ability；

• Proficient in office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), good image and strong text processing ability.
